1. Niniejszy Regulamin określa zasady świadczenia usługi newslettera przez THAI SPA Sp. z o. o. z siedzibą w Krakowie, przy ul. Floriańskiej 36, Kraków 31-021; NIP: 6762560580; tel. 12 341 47 71. Przed wyrażeniem zgody na korzystanie z usługi newslettera należy zapoznać się z niniejszym Regulaminem.
2. Newsletter jest nieodpłatną usługą, polegającą na informowaniu Użytkowników za pośrednictwem wiadomości e-mail o promocjach, konkursach, nowościach salonu ThaiBali na adres e-mail podany w procesie rejestracji.
3. Subskrypcja newslettera polega na dobrowolnym wpisaniu adresu poczty elektronicznej Użytkownika do formularza na stronie internetowej www.thaibali.pl.
4. Użytkownik w każdym momencie ma prawo zrezygnować z usługi newslettera. Korzystanie z usługi newslettera można anulować klikając w odpowiedni link w mailu lub zgłaszając chęć rezygnacji z usługi newslettera drogą elektroniczną na adres biuro@thaibaligarden.pl. Usunięcie adresu e-mail Użytkownika z bazy adresowej newslettera jest natychmiastowe i potwierdzane stosowną wiadomością.

Użytkownik poprzez podanie adresu e-mail w procesie rejestracji do usługi newslettera wyraża zgodę na wysyłanie przez THAI SPA Sp. z o. o. reklam oraz informacji handlowych na konto e-mail Użytkownika w rozumieniu ustawy z dnia 18 lipca 2002 r. o świadczeniu usług drogą elektroniczną (Dz. U. 2013 poz. 1422) oraz ustawą z dnia 27 sierpnia 1997 r. o ochronie danych osobowych (Dz. U. z 2014 r., poz. 1182).
6. THAI SPA sp. Z o. o. zastrzega sobie prawo do usunięcia konta Użytkownika, który narusza niniejszy Regulamin lub prawo obowiązujące w Rzeczpospolitej Polskiej, jak również prawo do zmiany zasad Regulaminu z uzasadnionych przyczyn.
7. Reklamacje dotyczące usługi Newsletter można składać za pośrednictwem poczty elektronicznej na adres biuro@thaibaligarden.pl.
8. Administratorem zgromadzonych danych jest firma Thai SPA sp. Z o. o.. Niniejsze dane są przeznaczone wyłącznie dla Thai SPA Sp.
