This Privacy Policy outlines the rules for storing and accessing information on the User’s devices using Cookies for the purpose of providing electronic services by the Administrator, as requested by the User.

Administrator – refers to the company THAI SPA Sp. z o.o., based in Krakow at Floriańska 36, Krakow 31-021; NIP: 6762560580; REGON: 382369580; tel. 12 341 47 71, which provides electronic services and stores and accesses information on the User’s devices.
Cookies – refers to IT data, specifically small text files, saved and stored on the devices through which the User uses the pages of the Service.
Administrator Cookies – refers to Cookies placed by the Administrator, related to the provision of electronic services by the Administrator via the Service.
External Cookies – refers to Cookies placed by the Administrator’s partners via the Service’s website.
Service – refers to the website or application where the Administrator provides the online service, operating under the domains dotpay.pl and dotpay.eu.
Device – refers to an electronic device through which the User accesses the Service.
User – refers to an entity for whom electronic services may be provided or with whom an agreement for electronic services may be concluded.

 

II. Types of Cookies Used

The Cookies used by the Administrator are safe for the User’s Device. It is not possible for viruses or other unwanted or malicious software to reach the User’s Devices. These files allow identifying the software used by the User and customizing the Service individually for each User. The Administrator uses two types of cookies:

The User has the option to limit or disable the storage and access to cookies on their Device. If this option is used, the use of the Service will still be possible, excluding features that by nature require cookies.

 

III. Purposes for which Cookies are Used

 

The Administrator uses Own Cookies for the following purposes:

1. Authenticating the user in the service and ensuring the user’s session in the service:
   a) maintaining the User’s session in the Service (after logging in), which allows the User not to have to re-enter their login and password on each subpage of the Service;
   b) configuring certain functions of the Service correctly, enabling, in particular, verification of the authenticity of the browser session;
   c) optimizing and increasing the performance of services provided by the Administrator.
2. Ensuring the security and reliability of the service.

The service Administrator uses External Cookies for the following purposes:

1. Collecting general and anonymous statistical data via analytical tools:
   a) Google Analytics [cookies administrator: Google Inc. based in the USA],

IV. Payment Providers

1. Przelewy24 – When choosing to pay via Przelewy24, data necessary for the payment process, such as name, email address, and phone number, may be transferred to Przelewy24. Przelewy24 is an independent payment service provider and has its own privacy policy, which you should review.

V. Processing Data of Registered Customers

1. Data of Registered Customers – If you created an account while placing an order, your data will be processed to fulfill the order and, if you consent, for marketing purposes. This data is stored on the Administrator’s servers and protected in accordance with our security policy. You have the right to access your data, correct, delete, or restrict processing. You may also withdraw consent for data processing at any time by contacting us.

VI. Changes to the Privacy Policy

1. Changes to the Privacy Policy – The Administrator reserves the right to make any changes to this Privacy Policy without notifying users. All changes to the Privacy Policy will be published on the Service’s website. Changes take effect upon publication. Users are required to regularly review the Privacy Policy to stay informed of any changes. Continuing to use our services after changes are made constitutes acceptance of those changes.

VII. Options for Setting Conditions for Storing or Accessing Cookies

The User can independently and at any time change settings regarding Cookies, specifying the conditions for storing and accessing Cookies on the User’s Device. These changes can be made via the web browser settings or through the service configuration. If processing is not covered by the User’s consent, personal data may be processed to fulfill contracts concluded with the User (e.g., when a user makes a purchase) and based on the Administrator’s legitimate interests, such as responding to the User’s inquiry.
